I also notice that you do not recognize that this is for the Flash-R™ patent portfolio only and the phrase .... license and release on all e.Digital foreign and domestic patent rights ....is not part of this settlement.

IMO, flashR is closed with prejudice .... however, issues not related to FlashR are still open for debate.
