If I am not mistaken, EDIG more often than not gets PR's out between 5:30 - 6:00 AM CA time. That's usually when it hits my email anyway, but for sure before market opens most of the time.

If we see nothing today, I tend to think they are "sand bagging" as they await a few others in the works and combine them into one PR.
