Interesting to read all the opinions. Better entertainment value.

As for jdtiii`s questions at the ASM, he did all the right things like giving RP a copy prior to the meeting. He certainly has the right to ask questions in a direct fashion, and I do not believe he was overly negative, just not the questions I would ask. I did speak to RP, Atul, and an EDIG engineer outside the web cast as did most of the people in attendance. After the meeting, none of them seemed pissy in any way.

Unfortunately for me, once we knew most, if not all, past project mentions were dead, I wanted more info on what EDIG was ``expecting`` rather than a rehash of their failures. You would have to be brain dead not to see the past as a negative. Now, what about the future? We did get the projection that we will see revenues from the yet-to-prototyped and sold MED this year. And, more airlines were to be announced by Wencor. That`s about it. jdtiii was correct, without Bill Boyer, EDIG would be in serious financial trouble.

John`s questions were pointed and RP did state he would not answer ALL of them as he looked at the list. I was only a few feet away and directly behind the head bobbin` BOD members.

IMO, the best shareholder questions would have been more ``tone friendly`` (as RP was obviously squirming or he had a packed-in wedgie) and about a specific and NEW sales plan on the new MED kino based toy. Frank is right, RP just wanted to end his perceived badgering. I could not care less why Fergie left the co. His contributions and results are well noted and can be found on a small Post It note.

If is was not very obvious to everyone listening, many of the questions came from the ``mature`` clappers whom I believe were just trying to turn on the lights after the darkened power point presentation. Most of them had no understanding of what had been presented to them only a few minutes prior. RP had to answer the same question three times and the figurative light bulbs never came on.

Also IMO, today it`s all about S-A-L-E-S. EDIG’s new and focused plan for closed-end systems is our future for direct sales. Wencor will provide revenues for at least the short term. EDIG has some time before it gets into a financial bind and issues a portion of those newly authorized shares. What we don’t know is just how much time / cash EDIG has to run the company until shares will be issued. Obviously, an announced deal would help a great deal to keep from issuing shares under the $0.19 level.
