Have you seen one "settlement" that did not end with some cash going to EDIG ?

In the face of the Markman, I think it is fair to say EDIG will be banking some cash as a result of this pacer finding. Of course, you are correct, but the odds lean towards a cash end result and/or royalties/licensing agreement.
