I think we will see a few more before the ruling. Could they already be in the works and we just need to see the PACERS? How is all this going on behind the scenes and there are no minutes or links of some sort of court assistance? Is the court "stalling" for the sake of settlements? Marcia would be happy to have it resolve itself?? And who is going to be left that will go all the way? I would guess only a company(ies) with deep pockets. Could it be just one who will remain? Or like the first time, will they all fold? This is getting more exciting with each PACER that is not THE PACER!!! If Summit thought they had a chance would they have"settled"?

Of course we can't be sure there is a money settlement yet. It is just speculation until we see the terms. If we get one more agreement what will that mean?
