If we are only looking for our chicken eggs to hatch we will only count the days (21days).

and if we want to have our immature baby to be delivered we only count the weeks.

but if we want a healthy baby boy / girl we wait until full maturity we wait nine months.

I am not saying it will take our good Judge to deliver the 8 pound healthy new born nine months but it will take months. our tech took years to develop and the 774 and 737 were born, allegged infringers took advantage of our size and our tech was ahead ot its time that many referenced our 774 patent. the judge spent almost 8 hours to listen to two claims, she and her staff will spend hours to read and reread understand and research the other claims , it is no easy task, but hopefull when the decision is rendered it will be rock solid.

No matter when the decision is rendered I am hopefull it will be in our favor.
