I tend to agree....the more broad the claim the better, then either she lets it stand or narrows it as it applies. Too narrow a perspective in the patent would be self limiting.

And then maybe she hasn't even gotten to EDIG's case yet, as I doubt it takes this long to come to a conclusion based on DM's presentation.
