Couple questions. After 110+ days can we assume that Judge K did NOT find claims 1 and 2 dispositive? Does that mean that she is attempting to determine how/if the patents are applicable to over 300 individual devices owned by numerous companies--ie some could be 100% applicable, some 100% not applicable, and some partially applicable?
