I recall 324 products claimed by DM in I think the entire CO 19, but that may be wrong and the figure came after 3 settlements and assuming the remaining 16 were going to Markman, then TEAC settled. I have not seen an updated figure that I remember.

By Fri May 27, 4 months will have passed, but that does not mean she has been "stewing" over this case all that time. Seems reasonable that at some point the file gets to the top of the in basket, then a concentrated effort and doing nothing else for several days straight, in between settings, then rule. I have no idea how this works, just guessing here.
