Re: Markham Hearings and appeals-one last find--Jefother
If this timeline for appeals is correct and if 40% of Markman rulings are either overturned or revised--c'mon positive Markman ruling and then c'mon settlements. Hopefully the defendants will not want to take the chance, time, and expense of going to trial.
