Let me say first that I want to see the return on my investment, at least 10-100 folds as this decade wait has tasked my patience. I'm convinced that the share price will improve to meet my goals within a year or so.

However, I see approximately 17% of the shares/shareholders (about 44 million shares) selling at or below $.10 over the last year+ which tells me they no longer have any belief that edig or management will provide them the level of success they want from their investment.

It's almost a paradox that a large percent of shares have been transacted at the current levels as we all expect/hope a favorable Markman ruling, settlements to enhance our cash position, patent filings for new technology as well as future settlements.

I doubt it has anything to do with investors needing money, at these prices the value wouldn't amount to much or tax selling which would only be at year end and the money situation is the same.

I commented on this a month ago out of frustration, but I'm now convinced that enough investors have had enough waiting and are tired of the potential rewards commented on by management and have chosen to bail out.
