Murgirl--I totally agree with what you say. It is obvious that it would have been better for all concerned if EDIG management had done a better job when they had the chance. That though is water under the bridge. My comment was in the present dealing with the circumstances that we now face going forward. IF what I suggested is true, it possibly bodes well for our chances of getting a positive Markham ruling and getting good sized settlements and moving forward from here.
