$9 million would be no problem to spend I agree but with a favorable MH ruling we could be setting around $.50-.60 a shares and then EDIG would have to dish out a sizeable amount to buy back 100 million shares.... Just a thought.... Most buy back plans take place over a course of a year or so and with settlements,nuchi,and partnerships we could be higher than .50-.60 range when the buy back program is in place.....don't get me wrong I'd love to see them buy back 100 mil shares but IMO the chances of them doing so at .09 a share are slim .
