I don't want to get everyone's hopes up as I have no way of knowing which way the court will rule, but it just seems extremely unlikely to me that it would take 90 days to rule that the 2 key claims are dispositive (in favor of the defense). Remember, the judge said if the 2 key claims were dispositive, she wouldn't rule on the other 6 claims. Of course if she rules they aren't dispositive, she will rule on the other claims. Does anyone else feel 90 days to rule on just 2 claims is unlikely?
My hope is that the lengthy wait on the ruling is perhaps due to a combination of (1) the complexity of the case, (2) the judge's busy schedule, and (3) researching the other 6 claims. I've said it before...the longer we wait, the better our chances IMO.
What other factors could be causing the delay?
