The legal types can address that question, but based on everything we read from sman and comments by jef/Gil, IMO she will rule and my laymans guess is she must.

In the mean time, the abundance of OT, attempt at light humor, spats etc IMO stems from frustration and complete bordem between any event, of which the timing is far between such.

All we can do is wait...or fight a little...LOL.
