Once thought to be announced in December (WHY?), the "new technologies" still remain shrouded in mystery. Although the company opened a window in giving shareholders a view into the new direction they are taking with Nunchi, there remain "other" new technologies still in the dark, and where exactly Nunchi leads, we remain clueless.

What made Falk think this would surface by last December?

So the question begs, who is controling the time line? We do know Nunchi is currently in cell phones in some form of beta testing, but in whose cell phones and on what level ?

Is it an INTEL or SAMSUNG chip related technology or does it exist more in App form, something to be added to any smart phone after the point of purchase, or is it a Facebook-type collaboration? The possibilities are endless but there is likely only one answer.

The new timeline is now summer with the specific mention that hopefully they will be able to reveal much more by the summer shareholders meeting, and that will indeed be a very exciting time for EDIG, per Nunally.

The implications are rather large and the impact possibly earth shattering for a small company such as EDIG.

It was last August that Falk first mentioned what we now know to be "Nunchi".

“In connection with our plans to expand our IP business beyond the Flash-R patent portfolio, we are collaborating with Dr. Pat Nunally on developing new technologies,” Falk added.

Who thought, back then, EDIG would be launching new tech into the cell phone markets?

Should that happen, and should the Markman happen as hoped, this could be the year.

These are very concrete events starring investors in the face. No one knows if they will materialize, but the bet is on, if they do, what are the implications from .09?
