Considering the lifespan for EDIG's Flash Patent portfolio and the evolution of Flash memory since then, to the expiration of those patents (2014-16 ?), you could not ask for a faster or more profound growth market to target.
Flash has grown exponentially, globally and continues on that path. EDIG's patent portfolio targeted a vast market before anyone knew how quickly it would bend the growth curve.
We have evolved from what once was the world of microdrives to INTEL's latest NAND offering with new flash based product development's end nowhere in sight.
Should the judge validate EDIG and DM's claims, there may just be a huge spread on the bid and ask that is legitimate, as buy orders come pouring in and the MMs try to keep up.
I'm thinking tomorrow would be a nice day for a Markman ruling in our favor.
