This could be why the December delay/postponement of the "significant new investor interest" and change for the shareholders meeting.

"We've seen the Nexus S leak a handful of times by now, but we're still not any closer to knowing when we'll actually be able to buy the darn thing. Many assumed that it would launch alongside Gingerbread, which should be coming soon (possibly as soon as December 6th), but now that Samsung's NFC chip won't see mass production until Q1 2011, we may not see the Nexus S until early next year, too. Then again, maybe Samsung could make an exception and help push out a Nexus S with their special NFC chip a little earlier than Q1..."
