Message: Fred, sorry if this is an annoying question. Has Duane Morris received any guidance from the court as to what stage of decision they are at with the current Markman Hearing findings? In other words, have they said well we ruled dispositively on the first 2 counts so we are now looking at the other counts as well? or do they not give any guidance until they have gone all the way through the process, and submit their findings?
