Yes, but I just could not bring myself to believe they have a signed deal at this point. If they had a deal completed, they could have used the ASM to announce, at a minimum, that a deal was completed without any mention of which market niche or who the buyer might be.
Therefore, IMO, there are no ``done deals`` today. The no ``announced`` deals comment from RP is true, but a bit misleading. He was in the middle of several tough questions when he added that blurb. An easy out he has used in the past....aka ``RP Speak.`` He is good at it and it moved things along. When they have a deal completed, and they know they must, they can state that they have been working on it for ``many months.`` It all works and is quite common.
Think about it this way, what is RP`s alternative? They had already killed all or most of the previous two years of mentioned non-IFE projects with lots of Fred`s, Atul`s, and his ``expects`` and ``soons`` expiring without achieving merit. They did not lie, they simply choose their words very carefully.
What alternative could RP have used?
``We don`t have anything firm at the moment. We have recognized Wencor is our only real customer today and they don`t like us very much right now. But, Fred is working hard.``
So, the better tactic was no ``announced`` customers. Since 100% of the times this has been used in the past, it turned out to be another dead project on the back side...my guess is there are potential customers, but nothing concrete today.
