The problem has nothing to do with the trade mark name....
WENCORE OWNS A PUBLISHED METHOD OF CONTENT HANDLING....
If e.Digital is allowed to take their platform to other airline vendors......or sell directly to airlines....they need to come up with a different concept than Wencors. This concept has nothing to do with the technical aspects.
