That is question that bemused all at the meeting. Without EDig in the picture Wencor would have to ``EMPLOY`` and I use that term in the full Websters dictionary meaning, another technology firm to achieve it`s goals. That would take time, perhaps a year??? Can Wencor waste a year in this kind of IFE market?

Wencor wants its all....Will it be foolish enough to waste the time to GET IT ALL, and miss a year`s worth of opportunities....

However, another question is posed here....JUST HOW BIG IS THE INSTALLED IFE MARKET? Is it worth all we have been led to believe....

Not so.

On new aircraft with the new BA?? seats installed it can be, BUT, powers to be say there is a great reservation out there, (this is one of the reasons why the installed IFE market is moving so slowly) to installing them in older aircraft that may be traded in or retired, or whatever they do with old airplanes. Management doe NOT WANT THE EXPENSE on a airplance that will only be in service for two or three more years..

How many different airlines are flying new or newer aircraft? NOT TO MANY....
