just a hypothetical question....

what would happen if a cry wolf stock --that has disapointed for years, years, another quarter, wait again,...more waiting, etc...actually exceeds everyone's expectations.....like William Hurt in Broadcast News?......and we all will look back at how we stared and stared and stared at the stock on sale for 9 cents. Will we admit it? What will we tell our poodles?
