The way I understood it was the agreement with APS was for airlines ONLY and that EDig was fully free to create and do business with any other entities. There was also a time limit on that agreement which I assume has expired by now..

Wencor has no hold on any IP from EDig at this point....Of course if I am correct about this....

That is the problem with the WEncor/EDig negotiations, now ended, with the Digesystem....Wencor wants it all...EDig wants to stay in business for the Kino, etal...FRank
