That is NOT the problem....Not even close...If EDig could have made a deal they would have....Wencor wanted COMPLETE INTELLECTUAL TECHNOLOGY (IT) or INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (IP). Meaning it wanted EDig....EDig was unwilling to go that far....They went as far as they could to maintain their independence but that was not agreeable to Wencor......
