The settlement of what (?) 1.2 mln, extra 30 days to "take care of obligations" granted with no objections by DM, Samsung wanting to be the leader in Flash, striving to dominate the cell phone market, striving to dominate the smart phone market, now coming out with the Galaxy tablet, now this new widget for social networking....hmmm.

IMO and said it in so many words over and over:

Samsung settlement = down payment

Repeat...my opinion.
