Let's hope that Handal can make clear that this erroneous, and blatantly wrong, ruling was not fully and fairly litigated, and further, that subsequent reexamination and recertification of the patent has rendered that ruling irrelevant.

Handal needs to be able to show clearly and unequivocally that the processing is done by the device itself and that the flash is used for storage. This is not a matter of opinion or interpretation, it's simply how the device and the patent work.
