Though I agree RP said that if they had the new DVAP device when AMTRAK approached them, they could have gone for it, I think what he really meant was that if they had had access to content at the time, it may have been do-able. They had a device, but no direct access to content.... But what RP did say suggests to me that, though I believe RP said they were pursuing direct acquisition of content, they`ve already got it now (but perhaps only from a couple of content providers - pursuing more).
