That is my thought as well. It appeared to me that RP was making it very clear to Wencor that they have no intentions of yielding on the two ``issues`` (which are the digEsystem ``hold up``). Having now announced this to shareholders, the line is clearly drawn in the sand. ``If you need us, it`ll be on terms acceptable to us.``

As for the rest of the presentations/confrontations, I don`t understand the ``sour grapes`` expressed by many. EDIG is focusing on a product line that is proven, selling, and getting strong reviews. Rocket science? No. Sound business move? YES.

We KNOW more than we did yesterday. For one, it sure sounded like AMTRAK is a lock, with EDIG inside. So we didn`t have the access to content at the time AMTRAK approached us (nor the infrastructure to support). Wencor did, so we pass them off to Wencor and still make the sale one tier down. The important thing is that we apparently made the sale. Another good business move. So there is a least one light at the end of the tunnel, and it is a train coming at us. A passenger train! (auto train?!).

Other unannounced airline customers.... Wonder if that is a good definition of airlines conducting trials? And WAEA is coming SOON.

Another thing(s) is the other digE-venues being pursue, with a lot of emphasis and detail. Must be something to it.

Kiosks.... Kiosk people to acquire content independently (of EDIG). Probably another ``timing thing`` (since they`ve been talking kiosks for quite a while).

Asian OEM and that multi-$B customer for licensing. They made it clear that the bottom line is the content issue. I had already given up hope on the latter, and was skeptical on the Asian OEM because the space for un-secure content is already very crowded.

The only ``confounding`` thing for me is, with RP suggesting that EDIG is pursuing acquiring content from content providers (i.e., studios) themselves (which should be an easy sell to get ``cleared``), is what they`re going to do with it. Need an infrastructure of some sort to make it available to users, which we don`t have. But I suppose it would simplify the process for customers to sub-license with assurance of security.

All and all a very informative meeting.... But yes, I was disappointed that there were no major business announcements. But, again, the WAEA is coming in Sept. And AMTRAK....maybe a while off. And any of the other things could pop up at any time.

Things look positive to me. Just more patience required....
