Even if the first part is true (no appeal yet), the manipulation that the defendants can wreak havoc with as a result of this is SO FRUSTRATING because they will play around with this to the detriment of all related EDIG investors. Is this recent pacer filing a response to an appeal? Or is it a response to a "denied appeal." What a joke any how GREAT JOB JUDGE, NOT! We need a break, ONE TIME OR EVEN 3!
