From what I heard you are correct. TDL, and I was told that EDIG was aware of IMS`s TDL one and one half years ago but had to back off because of their relationship with APS. But now with the new E7 ( which is a different animal ) the tech of IMS for TDL might actually be something EDIG could use ( if it is better than what already has ) Seems to me that EDIG and IMS are the parts that Wencor wants and needs and neither want to loose their autonamy. May be they can work together... who knows.
