You will see both sides of the fence....

Long wait favorable...judge ruled on claim 1 and 2 for Edig and is ruling on all other claims before issuing the ruling....

Long wait unfavorable...judge does not understand what was presented and is doing more research on claims 1 and 2 before ruling...

She would not give any indication of progress to the plaintiff or defendants...When she issues her ruling, read it and rejoice or read and weep....

Ruling will have a direct effect on the whole thing going to trial in 2012...A wait that shareholders would rather not endure....

Bring on the favorable ruling, settlements and round 3 infringers...
