if you listen to the cc webcast, closely....you will hear Dr. Nunally, when referring to edigital's past innovations he states (and Fred Falk says i hope "you listen closely") "more importantly" edigital had the first portable music player...now this isn't an exact quote..but go back and listen and report back your thoughts on this.....plankton doesn't have higher skills...but plankton does have "fundamental" skills.

However, when announcing the innovations group...for the first time,,,to plankton's recollection the history of the company was described as follows: (by the way the pr says developing, not to develop)

(SAN DIEGO, CA, – December 15, 2010) –“Throughout our twenty-two year history we have created foundational technologies, many of which are at the core of wireless headset, digital audio/video recorder and portable music player markets,” said Fred Falk, president and CEO of e.Digital Corporation.
