I love you man but there is nothing remotely cautious about buying a penny stock. Once we all agree on that then the discussion can begin.

If validation of EDIG's FLASH-R Patent portfolio finally coming to light with 150+ infringers at large, coupled with new technologies in cell phones isn't enough of a reason for those high risk takers to justify considering EDIG, then so be it.

There is no misleading remotely going on here. 12 years of discussion hardly leads to that.

This is now a prime penny play in the event the Markman and Nunchi arrive, and it will be significant new investment that will drive this, not the hanger on-ers, like us.

Hopefully most have taken advantage, over time, of the lows, to maximize their take.

Should none of the events transpire, then so be it, hence the risk.

I think betting with DM and Nunally gives those bullish a slight edge, but then there is the judge...lol.
