Sad to say that nost of us have been wrong more than once in our lives. We often place our confidence on others and then we are dissapointed. In recent years one cannot depend on the courts for justice since justice has become perverted. Even judges on the supreme court don't all see eye to eye on case law.

Thats why in a court room one needs to wait for a decision made by an imperfect person upon which a law written by imperfect men is made.

Edig is now awaiting such a decision. The question is were all our ducks in a row. How clear was our position as conveyed by D.M. Did the judge understand what was being said and implied.

Friend we just have to wait. So cool down and don't let these dressing downs get to you. To date we have had great imput by this board . Don't let this all get out of hand with ruffled feathers because someone does not see things as we do. This is a board of opinions and we are entitled to them.
