The latest outstanding share number publicly reported is from the 12/31/10 form 10-Q (cover page): As of February 1, 2011 a total of 293,003,158 shares of the Registrant’s Common Stock, par value $0.001, were issued and outstanding. We do not report public float but insider holdings are in the 10-K. The public float would roughly be the outstanding less insider holdings.
