Is he suggesting that WENCOR is insisting that title to the IT be transferred to WENCOR, in order for EDIG to be a player in the Digesystem?``

There`s a two way street there...they both have IP involved in the DigE....Wencors model for content management...that explains a layout of necessary items to be implemented...and e.Digitals technology embedded in those items as they see to implement....I think that problem is coming to climax here....between the two.

I was hoping there was a sharing of technology....not so sure now...something seems to have gone sour....or into ongoing``GRAY AREA``

e.Digital IMO...would have to come up with a different content model than Wencors...with a different make up of items...

As far as the hardware encryption and entry authentication...No specification of Wencor IP...other than needing a form of hardware encryption with authentication..no detail of technical specifics...I see no problem there for e.Digital.

Wencors problem ...can they get exactly what they have without e.Digital....at that point if they start from scratch...they`re going to find out how condensed the embedded system is.. running on the MOS.

Why did they back away from IMS ?....don`t know what its about... however, until something says different....I consider it an effect of the APS/e.Digital relationship...
