a significant entity is currently hosting EDIG's new NUNCHI technology in their cell phones and EDIG has laid claim to it so far by only filing the patent.

Whoever that entity is, they must consider the new technology to be rather significant and unique to get into bed with EDIG this early in the game and not try an end around, as was the case in 2000.

Perhaps they are taking EDIG more seriously these days considering DM's presence on the scene.

Up the ante on any buy out speculation on this patent house.

(and one or two partners to be announced? what cell phone company wants to be left in the technologic dust ??? Not a one, I would venture.)

I can think of one company that has a history of trying to lock up the technology for a year or two to get the competitive edge...ala portalplayer....but then they left portalplayer out in the cold...best EDIG make the tech the standard of the industry ! lol--love it !!!
