It is operational, and today there are mobile phones now running NUNCHI, bringing live services over CDMA wirless networks which are currently coupled to servers at the EDIG labs.

And while this technology is in its early stages of technical development, it will be introduced to new strategic partners over the next few months, and very soon they are planning to announce one or more of these strategic partners who will be able to host, refine and carry this technology to market.

That is new information of which we had no specifics or clue of just last week, and neither did the markets. New partnerships? Live services over CDMA wireless? New partnerships announced over the next few months?

The fact that they are already hosting/monitoring these services through EDIG labs on mobile phones possibly indicates that one partner is already engaged.

Bring on the Markman, 15 more settlements, round 3 and one or more new NUNCHI partners, and what have we got?
