I've been meaning to ask about the up coming Markman ruling. Once the judge rules on the various claims, 1 and 2 in particular, will her ruling be the decision for the third tier as well?

Let's say her order is favorable to us and at the defendant's request she rules on all the claims. Then let's say all the remaining defendants settle. Then if we file against an other round of defendants, what weight does her ruling in this current round have on the next round? What if we file the next round in Texas or California?
