So we know the dollar amounts of the last few settlements? Including TEAC? I must have missed it, though it appears that two of the three would have already been reported (summed) in 10Qs. Please advise, and thank for your input re: CC expectations.

And you correct me that the "wording" is NOT yet agreed by the litigants, so the Judge's input is required/significant re: Markman. Thank you, as I apparently had this all wrong.
