When you examine the wording:

"the expected timing of material events related to new business developments,"

OK, so obviously the timing was off, but the material events coupled with NEW business developments?

We are now almost a full quarter beyond their original time frame. New business seems unrelated to the Flash-R litigation, in fact, they stated, BEYOND the Flash-R.

It would seem feasible to think we get some keen insights into these material events of this work in progress.
