Just hoping the CC timing is connected to knowledge of any kind indicating a ruling is expected before hand.

Just putting myself in Fred's shoes, meaning at the risk of critisism for another delay, if DM/EDIG expected the ruling at the end of Mar, postpone the CC to Apr.

He stuck to what he said..."early Mar" so makes me wonder?
