Lets remember that DM spent over a year doing their own DD regarding EDIG's patent portfolio, and the 174+ infringers as claimed when we attended the SHM 9/17/08.

7 were listed that day which ended up being filed upon in Mar-2009, then there was an 8th on a slide that quicky was 86'd as an "error" in the presentation....mistake my....LOL.

We have seen posted here many times that DM has a committee who vote re: taking cases on contingency and their rule of thumb to accept such, is a minimum of 75% chance of success.

Lastly, I hope everyone feels better getting frustrations off their chest from past events or even non events. I believe the company has grown through their "painful" past to include the share holders.
