The patents expire between 2014 and 2016 and we currently have 5, the Flash R Portfolio...check the website.

I read here from a legal type we have up to six years to enforce them against infringers after the fact. I am not 100% certain how this works or if 6 years is correct, so someone needs to chime in.

The other matter is, if we settle with an outfit and get a royalty deal as well as a one time fee, the royalties stop at patent expiration.

We still have the encryption patent pending and they have stated filing for new patents.
