I am of the opinion that, per jdtii's post, all of those defendants are settling. It would be silly for them not to and, the obvious conclusion....they are just haggling at this point.

As EDIG beat the pacer filing on the TEAC case, I suspect all of those referenced by jdtii are probably already done and just awaiting the release of the PRs.
