Good news, this allows confident investors to buy at these artifically "low" prices because of their manipulation. Does everyone get this?

I posted on Friday how MM partially filled my order at the bid .088, LOWERED the bid yet didn't fill the rest of my order.

Since it was a GTC, my order which was set at .088 and only half filled was completed on Monday at .086.
