Selling into news may make sense with some issues, but, here, now, at the lows?

I don't think so. No rational investor would be leaving at the lows, with news of a settlement, a pending Markman ruling and 15 infringers about to blink.

Either someone had an emergency, which is likely in this economy, and had to sell or this is a big head fake/manipulation, which is easy at these volume/price levels.
