I agree with you 100%. All i was trying to say was that if a company could pay for past and future use in one lump sum why not do so. I would prefer it. If a company is money strapped i would expect them to pay royalty fees on going. Or if the settlement amount is so great maybe they would have to pay it out in royalty fees.
