I guess I can't my head into that topic until way down the road. I know it's important long term, and it's outcome is a highly visable issue for future IP filings, licensing and the value there of, but my focus right now is:

• MR Ruling
• Doc 373 scheduling order that bpjets mentioned today

In either order for above.

• Conf Call In Mar
• Settlements before and after the CC should that happen...which I believe it will IMO
• Launch of the Inno Grp site and what is in store for such
• Dr Pat's involvement re: Inno Grp
• Patents pending
• New tech stuff announced
• Any other news up to the Summer
• Then the SHM in the Summer

Again, the reexam deal is something we are faced with, but based on SS digging up the avg turn around time something like 25.3 months? I could be wrong...? I can't my head/arms around something that could be 2013 before we get a conclusion.
